YOUR ORDER HAS ARRIVED AND WOULD YOU LIKE TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?<\/strong><\/p>

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase after placing the order but before delivery. In this case, the buyer has no payment obligation due to the withdrawal. You can notify the cancellation by email, phone, in writing, or in person.<\/p>

The buyer may withdraw from the purchase without justification within 14 days following the receipt of the goods, according to Government Decree 17\/1999. (ii.5.) Sections 4 and 5 on contracts concluded at a distance.<\/p>

The buyer is entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal before using the goods! The returned goods must not be damaged or used, except for the generally acceptable necessary minimum use, such as trying on and inspecting the product. The returned product must include the paper hang tag on the product and the original packaging.
If the returned goods are damaged, incomplete, used, dirty, or hairy, Brizlo may refuse the refund and offer to return the product at the sender\u2019s expense.<\/p>

Always include the original invoice with the product.<\/p>

The buyer bears the costs related to the return of the goods due to exercising the right of withdrawal; we cannot accept packages sent cash on delivery!<\/p>

In case of a refund request, the purchase price will be refunded only by bank transfer to the bank account number provided by the buyer or to the account from which the card payment was made. Please provide the bank account number and the name associated with the invoice in the Order request comments. For foreign orders, please also provide the bank name, IBAN, and SWIFT code.<\/p>

In case of withdrawal by the buyer, the price of the goods will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days.<\/p>

THE RETURN PROCESS<\/strong><\/p>

You can notify and track the product return process online. Using the email address used during the order, after logging in, you can access the ORDERS page under My Account by clicking on the appropriate order.<\/p>

If you are within the return period, you can SELECT the product(s) you wish to return on the left side of the ordered products table.
If necessary, do not forget to provide your bank details in the text box below the table. You will start the process by clicking the Return Request button.<\/p>

Preparing the return package<\/strong><\/p>

1.<\/strong> Put the product back into the original packaging in the package. (If the original packaging is damaged, torn, or already discarded, please use another bag or packaging material, ensuring it is carefully packed and sealed).<\/p>

2.<\/strong> It is important to include the original invoice in the package.
We sent the invoice to you by email as an attachment, but if you ordered as a registered customer, you can also find it in your account under order details.<\/p>

3.<\/strong> Seal the package.<\/p>

4.<\/strong> Please print and affix the PRE-FILLED RETURN LABEL to the package you wish to return.<\/p>

You can find the PRE-FILLED RETURN LABEL on the above-mentioned page under the Download Return Label button. Print it out and stick it on the box.<\/p>

Receipt of the package<\/strong><\/p>

Within 1-3 working days of receipt, we will check the condition of the returned product(s) and notify you by email.
