We provide free shipping for our packages throughout Europe to the address provided at checkout.

Ordered products are always delivered to your home by our contracted courier services. Please provide a delivery address where the package can be successfully received between 8 AM and 5 PM. For phone contact, we also recommend providing a phone number where you can be reached during the day.

Our courier services will always send notifications by email or SMS before delivery about the package arrival and delivery details.

Delivery takes place within 3-7 business days following the order.

When choosing UPS, if the delivery attempt fails the first time, the courier service will make a second, free delivery attempt. The second delivery will take place no later than the fifth business day following the first delivery attempt. There is no third attempt; if the second delivery attempt fails, the courier service will automatically return the package to the Sender.

When choosing Magyar Posta Zrt, if the delivery attempt fails the first time, the courier service will make a second, free delivery attempt. The second delivery will take place no later than the fifth business day following the first delivery attempt. There is no third attempt; if the second delivery attempt fails, the courier service will automatically deliver the package to a nearby Post office, where the package can be collected for 5 more business days. After that, the package will be returned to the Sender.
